wax and glass
Solid wax in glass containers, heated until it melts; when the fire pauses, the wax cools and solidifies again; sometimes the pressure shatters the glass itself. The experiment is never fully in control; the breaking point is always unknown. This work materializes what my body feels : oscillating between stillness and melting, bearing pressure that is sometimes almost uncontainable, never knowing when it will break.
